RIGHT OF REFUND - WITHDRAWAL:
Purchases made on our site, like all remote purchases by telephone or correspondence, since they take place outside of business premises, are protected by Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206 and subsequent amendments (Directive 2011/83 / EU, implemented in Italy with Legislative Decree 21 FEBRUARY 2014, No. 21), which provides for the possibility for the consumer to exercise the right of withdrawal.

The consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal within a period of 14 days from receipt of the goods. This right consists in the right to return the purchased goods to the supplier without any penalty and without specifying the reason and in the consequent reimbursement of all payments made in our favor, including delivery costs (except for additional costs), without undue delay. and in any case no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
By consumer or user we mean the natural person who acts for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, craft or professional activity carried out. Therefore, if you have purchased with VAT number, you cannot
exercise the right of withdrawal.
The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you,
acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this
contract through an explicit declaration (for example with an e-mail message to info@pocpoco.it ).

Effects of withdrawal:
If you withdraw from this contract, you will be reimbursed for all payments you have made to us,
including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs) without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day we return the goods.
These refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, it will not have to bear any costs as a consequence of this reimbursement.
If you have already received / withdrawn the goods, please return them or deliver them to us at the address we will have communicated to you as soon as we have received your communication, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which you communicated your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14 day period has expired.
The direct costs of returning the goods will be at your expense.
If you wish, we will put at your disposal our couriers who will collect the goods at your office, the cost is estimated at € .9.00 this sum will be deducted from the refund, otherwise you can use a carrier of your choice and to you. expenses.
You will only be responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusions:
The right of withdrawal applies to natural persons (consumers) who act for purposes not related to their professional activity. Therefore, purchases made by companies and holders of VAT numbers are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
The Decree also regulates the cases, of which the consumer must be expressly informed, in which the right of withdrawal cannot be applied: for tailor-made or "clearly personalized" packages, for easily perishable goods, for those sealed which, for hygienic reasons, they do not lend themselves to being returned if opened after delivery.

The right of withdrawal therefore does not apply to the following product categories:

a) used, incomplete or other products that make the product unsaleable.
b) "On request" products ordered by the consumer. (Indicated in the product sheet: Availability: On request)

WARRANTY:
The Satisfied or Refunded Guarantee is active for all purchases. Each product is also covered by the warranty
on manufacturing defects issued by the manufacturer and by law as required by the Consumer Code
to articles 128 ff.
